Shipping Time:
- Within U.S: 2-5 Days
- International: 7-15 Days
Wrong Address:
- Please double check your address before checking out as we cannot change it after order is submitted.
- If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address you will have to pay for another shipping label.
Damaged/Lost Packages:
- If your order is damaged you have 24 hours to report it to us as well as photo evidence.
- If your package was lost its officially declared missing after 30 days of shipping date. This means the tracking number was not updated, and you have already contacted your local post office/filed a claim with shipping carrier.
- If your order states delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim with Shipping carrier.
- If you have any other problems regarding your already shipped package, please contact your local post office before contacting us. We are not The shipping carrier & we have no control over delays caused by shipping carrier
